Inc. Magazine announced today that Full Circle Research has been named to its annual Best Workplaces list, after an employee survey revealed a 99.4% satisfaction rating, with perfect scores in almost every category. A third-party evaluation of its company culture also helped catapult Full Circle on to the list.
“Our number one priority is ensuring our extraordinary team knows they’re our most valued resource,” said Full Circle Co-CEO, Adam Weinstein, on behalf of himself and his Co-CEO, Nate Lynch. “To see their affirmation in writing, and to be celebrated publicly with like-minded organizations, is truly our honor and privilege.”
Featured in the May/June 2022 issue, hitting newsstands on May 17, 2022, and prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual facility. Of the thousands of entries, Inc. selected only 475 honorees. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” said Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet given the widespread adoption of remote work, the concept of the workplace has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”
“We’re thrilled that Inc. is recognizing what Adam and Nate have known all along: Virtual environments can be as exciting and enriching as brick-and-mortar ones,” added Full Circle Director, HR, Christina Cox. “When leadership is willing to be creative, progressive and dedicated to employee wellbeing, the opportunities for personal and professional growth are limitless.”
