WHY DID WE BUILD FULL CIRCLE?
Early online research was fast and cheap, but efforts to eliminate fraud at significant levels were deemed too expensive and time-consuming. For our founders (those handsome gentlemen you see below), this was inexcusable.
In the era of Big Data, Full Circle Research Co. achieves daily what its competitors still fail to attain: proven validation of the purity and usability of research gleaned online. All for smart business decision-makers who recognize the exponential power of quality data.
As a second-generation market researcher, Adam has spent decades building his reputation as an experienced thought leader. He is dedicated to providing relevant, reliable insights and consultative customer service by developing innovative solutions that address his clients’ pain points and creating a strong company culture across both organizations. Prior to his current roles, Adam was Chief Sales Officer at Universal Survey Center, where he diversified the client base through strategic initiatives, raised online sample validation awareness and led the sales team in developing new business opportunities. Adam also served as Vice President of Authentic Response (Critical Mix) where he was in charge of business development and sales management, nurturing half of the company’s top strategic relationships. He has held multiple roles and memberships in industry organizations, such as Insights, AMA, CASRO, ARF and ESOMAR, most notably twice-President of the Mid-Atlantic MRA and twice-Director at Large on the National MRA Board. Adam credits his mother for his lifelong dedication to the insights field—as a high school student, he worked alongside her at her focus group and data collection company. Adam holds a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Maryland. He spends his free time with his wife, two kids, golden retriever and saltwater fish tank, the latter of which doesn’t drive his wife crazy one bit.
A highly dedicated, success-proven senior research professional, Nate provides Full Circle with exceptional proficiencies in profit management, colleague development, business growth, cost negotiations and sample advancement. He pours personal philosophies into every project, believing that doing it right should not come at a premium cost to the client, and that his success is measured by his clients’ success. Nate’s expertise in operational/procedural efficiencies and trend analysis served him well in his previous role as Vice President of Operations with Authentic Response (now Critical Mix). It was through deep exploration that he recognized the potential to improving the status quo in sample and security industry standards were best achieved by a new model. Nate is committed to many organizations, including the Insights Association. Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, teaching his son to throw a 95-mph fastball with both left and right hands, watching his daughter realize her Olympic dreams and crying over his favorite teams (Mets and Jets).
