Full Circle Research, in partnership with the Certification Institute for Research Quality (CIRQ) announces today the launch of their #QUALITYFORALL initiative. The program’s mission is to raise awareness of ISO 20252:2019 certification as a pathway to increasing brand demand for data quality and consumer trust in the insights industry.
“ISO 20252 certification does not define quality; its framework gets us on the same page, without sacrificing our competitive advantages,” says Full Circle Co-CEO, Adam Weinstein. “Only by aligning our interpretations of ‘best practices’ can we build a universally accepted definition of what quality is. From there, the divergence between those certified and those not will widen. Clients’ expectations will increase and, by default, brands will be forced to follow suit.”
“Certification to the ISO 20252 standard is more affordable and attainable than businesses realize,” said CIRQ Managing Director, Juliana Wood. “In fact, most organizations already have 80% of the benchmarks in place. #QUALITYFORALL aims to dispel misconceptions around ISO, opening the door to standardizing quality and paving the way to turning the tide across our industry.”
#QUALITYFORALL is a multi-channel, multi-stage initiative with industry support worldwide. At launch, Endorsers include CIRQ, Insights Association (IA), ISO Audit Solutions, Quirk’s, Market Research Institute International (MRII), Market Research Society (MRS) and The Market Research Event (TMRE). The program is also supported by MRweb and Women In Research (WIRe). #QUALITYFORALL will feature Ambassadors from companies certified to ISO 20252, to help dispel misconceptions about the level of effort involved in meeting the standard. The program’s first Ambassador is Olivia Trujillo, Full Circle’s ISO Quality Manager.
