Full Circle Research Announces “1-For-1” Professional Development Giving Program with Women in Research

US-based Online Data Provider Full Circle Research partners with Non-Profit Organization to Deliver Professional Development Resources

Online, high-quality data provider Full Circle Research, named the Panel Company of the Year by The Marketing Research and Insight Excellence Awards (powered by Quirk’s), has announced the formation of an internal initiative to provide free, professional development resources to members of the broader market research community. Working with global non-profit Women in Research (WIRe), the Full Circle leadership team will provide a “one-for-one” match for each new team member they hire, gifting an in-kind donation to WIRe’s professional development program, WIRe Accelerate. In turn, WIRe will award a WIRe Accelerate scholarship to a junior or entry-level researcher, boosting their career trajectory and professional skills. 

This announcement is especially poignant given the celebration of International Women’s Day and the growing need for career support services within our industry. Reflecting on this announcement, Full Circle CEO Adam Weinstein shared, “Career development has always been a Full Circle priority, and our initiatives have long included WIRe Accelerate seats for every woman employee. I credit Christina Cox (Director, HR) with the “one-for-one” idea, which not only gives budding industry talent the same opportunity, but will hopefully encourage more MRX organizations to recognize that small steps can have a profound impact on our industry as a whole.”
