Full Circle Expands P&H Capabilities With Veteran Hire, Thomas Pampinella

Established leaders in high-quality online sample, Full Circle Research announced today that it is deepening its programming and hosting (P&H) capabilities, bringing in 21-year industry veteran Thomas Pampinella as Director, Programming & IT, to lead the helm. Amongst other initiatives, Mr. Pampinella will be responsible for developing and implementing a proprietary quality process specific to the company’s P&H work. 

“Previously, completing these projects within the confines of our strict quality standards meant a limited scope of opportunity,” said Nate Lynch, Co-CEO. “Thanks to Thomas’ expertise, we’re opening the door to client-provided sample, program-only jobs, even highly complex efforts—without sacrificing our signature quality or speed.”

Mr. Pampinella comes to Full Circle from MarketLab, Inc., a full-service market research firm, where he served as Network Systems Engineer for a decade. There, he provided senior-level survey programming via ConfirmIT SaaS, including project-specific JavaScript, as well as managed the complete IT infrastructure and end-user IT support. He also worked in MaxDiff, DCM and Segmentation. Prior to MarketLab, Mr. Pampinella served as Network Security Administrator at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Mr. Pampinella adds a new, Florida office to the company’s nationwide network, which also has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Houston, New York, Connecticut and the Greater Washington DC area (headquarters).
