A labor of love.

Changing an industry isn’t easy. But we believe every effort—no matter how seemingly small—can exponentially move the needle toward positive results. At Full Circle Research, we are motivated and passionate about creating innovative opportunities for change, especially when it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA).

Full Circle’s initiatives are mindfully meaningful, actionable and equitable, and we review our programs annually to ensure we best capture our current approach to DEIA.

Internal Objective

To create and nurture a progressive environment that guarantees inclusion and celebrates our differences. Everyone has a seat at the table and Full Circle is better for it. Initiatives include:

  • Recruitment Pledge – We hire the most qualified person for the job, upholding our commitment to ensure a diverse pool of applicants and a bias-free interviewing process
  • Promotion Pledge – Promotions are granted on a bias-free basis
DEIA Training – Expert-led, all-hands sessions that expand our perspectives of every aspect of diversity: race, gender, neurodiversity, physical ability & more
  • BeTheKind – FC-wide, DEIA-friendly activity that increases our positive impact on the world, together
  • WaterCooler/DEIA – Interactive internal engagement platform highlights resources focused on DEIA themes

Did you know? Full Circle’s founders have recognized the value of DEI of in the workplace from Day One. With its first hire, the company became 50/50 male-female. And since then, if the balance skews in one direction, it’s always female. Today, in fact, we’re 58% female. And while all of Full Circle’s hires are research veterans, that’s where the similarity ends. Leadership actively seeks those who bring new perspectives to the table, thereby increasing the organization’s successful dynamic.

External Objective

To increase the level of diversity in the market research and insights talent pool. We help break down barriers to the opportunities that promote success, propel careers and benefit our entire industry.

“In the mid-80s, my mother founded (and still runs) one of the DC area’s first focus group facilities. I owe my commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility to her.”

– Adam Weinstein, Co-CEO
