Responsibilities

Our Manager, Sales is responsible for supporting our internal team while building client relationships to achieve a pre-determined sales quota. A successful Full Circle Manager, Sales:

  • Develops and builds a pipeline of opportunities and strategies to meet sales goals, including identifying new ways to upsell our products and services
  • Builds and maintains key client relationships via consistent, meaningful contact and productive project oversight, offering a consultative customer service approach
  • Responds to client inquiries and internal staff requests in a prompt timeframe that meets company standard
  • Manages challenges and issues with swift, strategic, applicable and cost-effective resolutions, partnering with Operations team to ensure feasibility and identify timing
  • Records all activity accurately, comprehensively in Salesforce with a prompt timeframe that meets company standard
  • Develops project plans and timelines, calculates pricing and determines project feasibility
  • Promotes teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
  • Leverages, orchestrates and rallys company resources to achieve our full potential on sales opportunities
  • Stays current with job knowledge and competitive landscape
  • Travel may be expected

Education & Experience

We hire insights professionals with experience that covers operations through sales, and online sample through full service. This is how we serve as true consultants to our clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of market research experience
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Base salary based on qualifications and experience
