Its latest in a string of strategic growth initiatives, online sample provider Full Circle Research announced today the establishment of its Executive Council. Leveraging its department leads—all 20+-year veterans—the Executive Council will facilitate decision-making as the company expands.
“To create consistent growth in a high-volume environment, while protecting the highest-quality product and consultative service our clients expect from us, we need an infrastructure laser-focused on core competencies,” said Nate Lynch, Co-CEO. “Our new Council amplifies our ability to innovate, pivot and drive our company forward.”
Full Circle’s Executive Council will increase departmental visibility, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and raise accountability across the board. Department leads act as advocates for their teams, ensuring every employee has a voice in regard to company priorities. The Council includes:
