Revamped Full Circle Site Includes Platforms for Customer Service and DEI

Its soft launch complete, Full Circle officially announced today the total refresh of its company website,—an interactive online experience that more accurately conveys the company’s mission, capabilities and culture. This initiative is the second website overhaul for the company this year; its panel, Survey Roundtable, was revamped this May. 

“We’re an online business selling online surveys. It’s therefore imperative that our online presence reflects our meticulous attention to user experience, be it B2C or B2B,” said Adam Weinstein, Co-CEO. “Full Circle’s new corporate site highlights the evolution of our brand, our messaging, our capabilities and how we choose to move the needle within our industry and beyond.”

Mr. Weinstein is referring to two of the website’s most notable changes: the first, its blog. “’Blogercise’ is an opportunity for potential clients and hires to get to know the real us,” explained Alisa Weinstein, VP, Marketing, the lead on the site’s development. “The articles authenticate our consultative approach, giving a ‘peek behind the curtain’ into our unique service model.”

Also new is FC Love, one of the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. “FC Love is a platform from which we can publicize and celebrate organizations that foster a more inclusive world,” continues Ms. Weinstein. “It is a fluid program, ever-expanding; we encourage our team, colleagues and clients to become active participants and help FC Love grow.” 

The site houses high-level information about Full Circle’s award-winning quality initiatives and service offerings, as well as standard industry resources, such as its Panel Book and recently released answers to the 2021 ESOMAR questions.
