Full Circle Research Co., is proud to announce its role as co-sponsor and panel provider of the 2017 Sawtooth Software Marketing Analytics Consulting Challenge. University teams, typically graduate students, will use Sawtooth Software’s conjoint analysis (CBC) plus other survey techniques and analytics/software packages to field a case study based on a real business problem supplied by Sylvan Learning. Current confirmed teams are: The Ohio State University, Michigan State University, Brigham Young University, University of Utah and James Madison University.

The competition takes place over a three-month period. Phase I, during January and February, allows multiple student teams from the same university to conduct their primary research, work that is often incorporated into a course for credit. From there, one team and its advisors will travel to Salt Lake City for Phase II, where a panel of judges will select the winners from up to 12 teams. First place receives $3000, second place $2000, third, $1000. Students will also participate in additional classes and hear keynote speeches at the event.
