Full Circle’s founders have recognized the value of DEI of in the workplace from Day One. With its first hire, the company became 50/50 male-female. And since then, if the balance skews in one direction, it’s always female. Today, in fact, we’re 58% female. And while all of Full Circle’s hires are research veterans, that’s where the similarity ends. Leadership actively seeks those who bring new perspectives to the table, thereby increasing the organization’s successful dynamic.

Full Circle is the official sponsor of The Market Research Institute International (MRII) Diversity Award. Open to US residents who come from under-represented groups and want to enhance their market research insights skills, the award covers the cost for a Principles Express course, presented by MRII and University of Georgia. Full Circle also reimburses travel and lodging for award recipients to attend the Insights Association’s Corporate Researchers Conference (CRC). Read more

Philanthropy
Our BeTheKind philanthropy program aligns with our core values of inclusion, kindness and respect. When an employee volunteers for four hours’ minimum, Full Circle donates $75 to an approved charity, mindfully selected to align with those values. The program resets each quarter. BeTheKind launched on MLK Day 2022 as a testament to his values.
