CIRQ Announces Recertification of Full Circle Research to ISO 20252 Standard

CIRQ, an accredited International Standards Organization (ISO) audit and certification body that is a subsidiary of the Insights Association, has announced that Full Circle Research has been recertified to the ISO 20252:2019 Standard—Market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics.

ISO 20252 addresses market research stakeholder needs and includes data practices, ethical requirements, and clauses on data management security that align with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ISO 20252:2019 establishes globally recognized terms, definitions, and service requirements for project management in research organizations. Processes outlined in ISO 20252:2019 are designed to produce transparent, consistent, well-documented, and error-free methods of conducting and managing research projects. Full Circle Research was originally certified to the ISO 20252 Standard in November of 2014. This recertification will extend to April of 2027.

Headquartered in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan Area, Full Circle Research provides online market research sample in the U.S., European, APAC, and LATAM regions. Full Circle also provides project management and consulting services for community/niche sample building, sample/community strategy, sample profiling, and sample quality. This certification applies to the Full Circle offices in Potomac, MD, and Shelton, CT.
